How should the screwdriver test model be developed?

quick answer

For application centres and sales teams, describe the verification methods for batches, moulds, parameters, sampling and control groups of materials, analyse only the risk that the product will not prove the value of the programme and provide recommendations for validation of the integrity and conclusions of baseline, variable and quantitative indicators and test model data.

For trial modelling programmes, clients often ask for prices or deadlines, but application centres and sales teams should check batches, moulds, parameters, sampling and control groups. Only by quantifying these conditions can the standard screws have an interpretable boundary with the choice of a dedicated screw.

The effectiveness of the programme needs to be verified with the same materials, moulds and test methods. In addition to size and material reports, time measurement, buffer position, pressure curve, temperature, product weight, appearance and periodicity should also be recorded, with clear acceptance windows. Data-based delivery reduces disputes and facilitates subsequent replication. Material analysis cannot remain under PPP, ABS or PA names. The specific plate number, the percentage of the product or mineral filling, the flame-retarding system, the water-bearing requirements, the permitted stay time and the recommended processing temperature should be checked. Differences in the sensitivity of viscosity, wear, corrosiveness and shearing may be apparent in the broad categories of the same material, which change the compression ratio, the three-part ratio, alloy and surface treatment.

It is recommended that customer information be broken down into five groups: products and moulds, raw materials, platforms, process objectives and existing problems. Product end logs of single weight, flowway, number of caves, wall thickness and appearance levels; ratio of feedstock end recorder number, melting finger, filling, flame retardation and retrofitting; terminal logs of tonnage, voltage, screw diameter, maximum travel, injection pressure and plasticization. All data are sourced and are marked, drawn, physical, measured or estimated by clients. The focus of the discussion in this paper is on batches of materials, moulds, parameters, sampling and control groups, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and not be limited to the maximum values in machine samples.

From a sales management perspective, the setting of benchmarks, variables and quantitative indicators should result in a standard process that can be repeated. Each project saves original needs, computations, final drawings, test modelling data and client feedback, and can call on experience in the event of a similar machine or material, but there is still a need to reconcile key differences and not to copy the historical configuration directly.

If the billing is done on an empirically fast basis, it is only if the product is available that does not prove that the value of the programme is likely to be present after delivery. The success of a single test module does not represent long-term stability, particularly for projects with high filling, high temperature, frequent colour change or multi-molecular co-plasms, and needs to look at changes in batches of material, the length of continuous production and the accumulation of wear and tear.

It is recommended that the client set clear upper and lower limits around the integrity of the test model data and the credibility of the conclusions, rather than simply " running " . Quantification criteria may include measurement of time fluctuations, extremely poor product weights, number of black dots, change time, hourly production or ton wear and tear, with specific projects choosing indicators that really affect business outcomes. Where the information is temporarily incomplete, the pre-selection scope and the list to be confirmed may be provided, but it should not be considered a final commitment. Freezing of configurations after completion of batches, moulds, parameters, sampling and control groups by clients can reduce erroneous orders and facilitate the production, testing, installation and sale of the same version of data.
