Establishment of stable plastics window and shift change standards

Replaces single-point parameters based on personal experience with measurable pressure weight time and temperature ranges. This paper gives recommendations for actionable abbreviators in terms of material properties, temperature, speed, pressure, cooling and common defects.

A truly stable plating process is not a group of numbers that can only be produced reluctantly on an aircraft or shift, but is a certified range. Prior to the establishment of a process window, the material, moulds, equipment and measurements should be identified in a consistent manner and the upper and lower boundary of filling speed, switching position, pressure, temperature, temperature and cooling time should be sought separately. Each change in a factor to record the weight, critical size, appearance, peak pressure, injection time, measurement time and periodicity of the continuous product. The purpose of the boundary test is not to produce at the limit, but to know how much more process distance short-range, fly-side, degradation and deformation there is.
It is recommended to select the critical amount of monitoring that reflects the state of the process. The mass of the product quickly reflects the changes in filling and pressure; the peak injection pressure can indicate viscosity, venting and current resistance; the actual injection time can confirm whether the equipment has actually reached the set speed; the measurement time can indicate the supply, back pressure, slider and material changes; and the material cushion can help to judge the stability of the measurement and control of the reverse ring. For high-requirement products, the entropy pressure, the surface temperature of the mold and cooling water flow can also be recorded. Saves only the set value and not the actual value, and it is not possible to judge the difference after the replacement or maintenance of the equipment.
The shift-replacement criteria should be clear as to who is allowed to adjust, how much can be adjusted at a time, how many models will need to be identified as a result of the adjustment, and what should have to stop. The card shall include, in addition to the parameters, the material drying, the respiration ratio, the first mass range, the time of measurement of critical dimensions, the defective template and the method of handling the shutdown. If a class resolves short-runs by increasing the temperature and the next class eliminates deformation by cooling, the parameter gradually deviates from the original window, resulting in high energy consumption and high waste rate. Version management and change cause records prevent this disorderly drift.
When the batch is changed, the equipment is changed or the screw is replaced, the original process window should be used as the starting point for re-validation and not for the direct reproduction of all values. Different screw diameters, compression ratios, anti-reversive structures and wear-downs change the plastic temperature rise, gel volume and flow back; the same screen parameters do not necessarily produce the same melting state. The long-term production of available trend maps to observe the weight, peak pressure and cycling of products is slow to drift, and the heating ring is found to be aging, water-routing or screw wear prior to the occurrence of a bad mass. Translating experience into a measurable and traceable window is central to reducing reliance on and stable delivery.
