When should the client be advised to upgrade the screws?

For accessories distributors, describe the method of checking for co- wear, front-end leakage and historical maintenance of screws with drums, analyse the risk that the wheel can be quickly worn out or re-flowed by old drums only, and provide recommendations for validation of the replacement or set of replacements and gaps, yield and warranty risks after a break-in measure.

The problem with many of the plastic assembly upgrades is not the lack of equipment capacity, but rather the omission of screws and drums during the selection phase, the front end leakage and historical maintenance. The ability of the distributor to complete the technical confirmation prior to the offer would significantly reduce the risk of re-engineering and complaints.
It's not absolutely good or bad. Standard schemes are appropriate for simple work, wide material windows and priority projects; the value of a dedicated structure is clear when materials are corrosive, corrosive, hot, sensitious or production requirements exceed the generic boundary. The judgement must be based on data and failure patterns. Material analysis cannot remain under PPP, ABS or PA names. The specific plate number, the percentage of the product or mineral filling, the flame-retarding system, the water-bearing requirements, the permitted stay time and the recommended processing temperature should be checked. Differences in the sensitivity of viscosity, wear, corrosiveness and shearing may be apparent in the broad categories of the same material, which change the compression ratio, the three-part ratio, alloy and surface treatment.
Calculates the nominal value to be converted to the actual condition. The machine often uses PS as a reference for the gel weight, which should be revised by density when using other raw materials; the weight of the product should be added to the main course, traffic separation and a reasonable buffer. The larger the diameter of the screw, the greater the theoretical capacity, but the pressure of injections per unit area under the same hydraulic pressure or servo system will decline and the resolution of the measurement of the small amount of the aerosol may also be variable. The focus of discussion in this paper is on co- wear, front-end leakage and historical maintenance of the screws and drums, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and not be limited to the maximum values in machine samples.
The configuration proposal should be down to the sub-measure to decide on single or set replacements, rather than using vague descriptions such as “enhanced” or “high performance”. The spiral drawings need to reflect the effective length, three-part scale, depth, compression ratio, tail connection and anti-reverse components; the material programme needs to distinguish the base, surface hardening, alloy layer or coating, and to indicate the pattern of failure for which they are intended.
If only an empirically rapid billing is made, it is likely that the replacement of the screws may be quickly worn out by old drums or still reflowing back in the post-partum period. The success of a single test module does not represent long-term stability, particularly for projects with high filling, high temperature, frequent colour change or multi-molecular co-plasms, and needs to look at changes in batches of material, the length of continuous production and the accumulation of wear and tear.
The acceptance is recommended as a primary indicator of gap, yield and warranty risk, and the temperature, screw velocity, back pressure, measurement position, buffer position, injection peak pressure and continuous sample weight for the various areas of the drum are simultaneously recorded. At least three reasonable process points, low, medium and high, are covered to confirm that the programme is not effective under a single parameter. Where the information is temporarily incomplete, the pre-selection scope and the list to be confirmed may be provided, but it should not be considered a final commitment. Frozen configurations after co- wear, front-end leaks and historical maintenance by the customer completes the screws and drums can reduce erroneous orders and facilitate the use of the same version of data after production, testing, installation and sale.
