Why don't you just watch the lock-molecular tonnage when you pick a screw?

For the high-speed machine sales team, describe the method of checking the flow ratio, injection speed, pressure response and melting homogeneity, analyse the risk of a suitable lock modulus but still short-shot if the injection unit is not responding adequately, and provide recommendations for the validation of the connection to assess the injection rate, screw diameter and reversible performance and filling time, peak pressure and short-shot rate.

In thin-wall high-speed formations, the high-speed machine sales team does not first have to address the choice of an off-the-shelf model, but rather to confirm the flow ratio, injection speed, pressure response and melting balance. This step determines whether the subsequent spiral diameter, structure and material grade are well founded.
The core of the demand phase is not to immediately give a screw model, but to convert the client ' s product target into a calculable data. Product weights, project sizes, wall thickness, flow ratio, number of lacquers, flow weights, material plates and target cycles must be placed in the same record; if one of them has not been identified by the customer, it should be clearly marked as a hypothesis and the sales calibre should not be mistaken for final technical condition. Site information should preferably include both photographs, short videos and data sheets. Photos are used to identify machine interfaces, screw tails and front-end components, video can be observed to measure, buffer and abnormal sound, and data tables are used to calculate the rate of application, the need for plasticization per hour and the length of stay. If only partial information can be obtained, a list should be provided for confirmation, rather than a tentative condition being a definitive conclusion.
Calculates the nominal value to be converted to the actual condition. The machine often uses PS as a reference for the gel weight, which should be revised by density when using other raw materials; the weight of the product should be added to the main course, traffic separation and a reasonable buffer. The larger the diameter of the screw, the greater the theoretical capacity, but the pressure of injections per unit area under the same hydraulic pressure or servo system will decline and the resolution of the measurement of the small amount of the aerosol may also be variable. The focus of this paper is on flow ratio, injection speed, pressure response and melting homogeneity, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and not be limited to the maximum values in machine samples.
The implementable option is to combine to assess injection rates, screw diameter and reversibility. The quoted documents should include both the applicable raw materials, the range of recommended voltage, the permitted turn-off and back pressure, the size of the interface, the material and thermal treatment, and the need for re-evaluation when marking subsequent changes to the material or the mould by the client. This would prevent the use of earmarked programmes in completely different conditions.
There is a need for special vigilance with regard to the suitability of the lock-molecular power, but the response of the injection unit is still short. Many of the post-sale disputes arise from inconsistencies between the design input and the actual production conditions, such as the customer ' s replacement of the raw material number, the increase in the return rate or the transfer of the screw to another set of moulds, while still requiring the maintenance of the original acceptance results. The configuration of the boundary and change management should therefore be included in the technical document.
The client is advised to set clear upper and lower limits around filling time, peak pressure and short-shot rate, rather than simply " running " . Quantification criteria may include measurement of time fluctuations, extremely poor product weights, number of black dots, change time, hourly production or ton wear and tear, with specific projects choosing indicators that really affect business outcomes. Therefore, the thin-wall high-speed formation should not follow the simple logic of “symmetrically-sized screws”. Only by accounting for products, feedstocks, tonnages, voltage, screw diameter and target cycles will the standard screws have a clear scope of application and the dedicated screws have a reasonable design basis and return on investment.
