For electronics and electrical appliances, describe the type of flame retardant, decomposition gas, high temperature and stay check, analyse the risk of flax, plating and black spot neglecting corrosive properties, and provide recommendations for the validation of the selection of corrosive alloys and control of temperature and cleaners and corrosive, deposition and flame retardation.

Flammability systems appear to be of a conventional equipment selection type, and are actually prone to deviations due to the type of flame retardant, decomposition gas, high temperature and stopovers not being assessed at the same time. For electronics and electrical equipment manufacturers, the right approach would be to establish a baseline of conditions before discussing specific configurations.
Additions and fillings change the demand for currents, frictions, wear, corrosion and mixing. The configuration is not limited to additions, but also focuses on particle form, carrier, fibre length, decomposition products and batch fluctuations; where necessary, the screws, drums, retroring, nozzles and dry delivery systems are evaluated together. Material analysis cannot remain under PPP, ABS or PA names. The specific plate number, the percentage of the product or mineral filling, the flame-retarding system, the water-bearing requirements, the permitted stay time and the recommended processing temperature should be checked. Differences in the sensitivity of viscosity, wear, corrosiveness and shearing may be apparent in the broad categories of the same material, which change the compression ratio, the three-part ratio, alloy and surface treatment.
Technical communication distinguishes between three types of objectives that must be met, desired improvement and acceptable. It is necessary to meet the hard boundary of the item for the determination of equipment and screws, and it is hoped that the improvement item will be used for the comparison of standards and specialized programmes, while the acceptable item will help to control costs and deadlines. This would avoid stacking all requirements on a screw and would make it easier for clients to understand the real value of each configuration. The focus of discussion in this paper is on the type of flame retardant, decomposition gas, high temperature and stay, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and cannot be based solely on the maximum values in machine samples.
In the context of this project, it is proposed to adopt the concept of “selecting for conservative alloys and controlling temperature and cleaning machines”. First, to determine whether the available data support the choice, then to calculate the volume of reductive, pressure and plasticization, and finally to discuss the geometry, front-end components and material handling of the screws. If the standard scheme is able to cover the window, priority should be given to the standard configuration; if the risk of a nozzle, plating and black spot remains if corrosiveness is ignored, a dedicated structure is proposed and increased costs, delivery periods and expected benefits are indicated.
If only an empirically quick order is made, it is likely that the loss of corrosiveness will result in a plating, plating, and black dots after delivery. The success of a single test module does not represent long-term stability, particularly for projects with high filling, high temperature, frequent colour change or multi-molecular co-plasms, and needs to look at changes in batches of material, the length of continuous production and the accumulation of wear and tear.
Upon completion of the project, the result of the delivery is corrosive, sedimentary and flame-retardant properties, and the size test, material or heat treatment certificate, trial modelling records and maintenance recommendations are archived. Sales teams can return after three months or a ton agreement to compare plasticization time, energy consumption, product fluctuations and wear and tear trends. Where the information is temporarily incomplete, the pre-selection scope and the list to be confirmed may be provided, but it should not be considered a final commitment. The freezing of configurations after the customer has completed the flame retardant type, decomposition gas, high temperature and stay can reduce erroneous orders and facilitate the production, testing, installation and sale of the same version of data.
