Snatching and acceptance list for scheduled shutdown.
Release time:2026-10-02
For terminal retrofit plants, talk about screw-breaking and acceptance lists in scheduled shutdowns, combining products, raw materials, platforms, production, life cycle and data to reduce the cost of scrap, shutdown and full life cycle.

[Definition of scene] The screw-breaking and acceptance list in the scheduled shutdown is based on the actual production scene of the plant and cannot be based solely on the diameter or price of the screw. It is recommended that equipment criticality, refuelling methods, overhaul windows and spare parts be organized first, and that defective photographs, production times and parameter curves be linked to the same number of times. The aim of this step is to establish comparable old programme benchmarks so that subsequent screw changes can be supported by data.
The most convenient thing to ignore is the planned and unplanned downside risks. Plants should write quality standards in quantum instruments, sample numbers, upper and lower limits and determination rules, and examine the remaining plasticization capacity on the basis of order peaks rather than average annual production. Vendors can make retroactive trade-offs between interoperability, earmarking and cost when there are clear values for product weight, daily production, customer quality caps and allowed stop times.
The main line of the case [design focus] is the upgrading of the screws from consumables to a key asset for predictable management. In geometric and material programmes, the inner and worn state of the cylinders should be integrated into the gap between the alignment, so as to avoid new screws being dragged by old cylinders; and to match the measurability of the measurement segment with the required back pressure, without excessive back pressure. The final solution would also need to be compatible with the wear and tear of the cylinder, the drive, the physical velocity and the current cleaning process, and would not cover up co-operation or process problems with a single high-level material.
The new [comparison-valid] programme proposes to operate for at least 72 consecutive hours, extracting 50 sims per stabilization phase and recording the number of downtimes, maintenance hours and the combined cost per 10,000 items. The test should be conducted immediately after the test, with acoustics, friction marks and metal powders being examined, in a timely manner, to identify co-exposed risks, with stabilization points established at medium velocity and medium back pressure, and a gradual extension of the process window. If only the first one is checked, it is easy to miss the risks associated with heat drifting, material stoppage, reversal loop return and prolonged wear and tear.
When the [stabilized production] spiral is shaped, the abnormal twister, storage timeout and material volume rebound shall be set as an early overhaul signal and the maximum number of repairs shall be set for each drop and surface thickness recorded for the refurbishment. The time of storage, back pressure, screw velocity, noise and mass of the product shall be recorded in a uniform manner in the shift. When the above indicators change at the same time, the mechanical gaps and the state of the raw materials should be checked before the process is adjusted to avoid the use of parameters to compensate for hardware degradation.
The [comprehensive cost] cost statement should not be a single screw price, and the cost of inventory, maintenance and rust prevention should be calculated for the back-up screw, compared with the cost of emergency delivery, in addition to a cost comparison programme per 10,000 eligible items, showing the impact of output changes on the return period. It is recommended that the cost per 10,000 eligible items be exported simultaneously, the cost per 1,000 operating hours and the estimated number of return months. When new programmes reduce waste, refuelling or sudden shutdowns, higher initial inputs are often offset during production.
The [Closed Ring Management] will eventually include drawing numbers, screwdriver materials, heat treatment, critical dimensions, portable tubes, process windows and acceptance data in the curriculum vitae cards. It is recommended that a reference set of data be maintained before and after maintenance to determine wear and tear trends, with a single asset numbered associated drawings, repairs, on-boarding and de-recording. When there is a significant change in the feedstock formulation, retrospection ratio, product structure or target node, the applicable boundary of “sniffing and acceptance list in the planned shutdown” should be reassessed, rather than defaulting that the old conclusion is permanent.
