Note plastic stripes and mixed and uneven screw improvement
Release time:2026-10-02
For terminal retrofitting plants, a screw improvement programme that addresses the unevenness of plastics and mixes, combines product, raw material, platform, production, life cycle and life-cycle data to reduce the cost of scrap, shutdown and full life-cycle.

[Scene definition] The screw improvement program for the presentation of plastic colours and mixed colours is based on the actual production scene of the plant and cannot be based solely on the diameter or price of the screw. It is suggested that the frequency of defects, time periods and changes in process parameters be first collated and then that the defective photographs, production times and parameter curves be associated with the same number of times. The aim of this step is to establish comparable old programme benchmarks so that subsequent screw changes can be supported by data.
The most easy to ignore on this topic is the boundaries of screws, cylinders, reversible rings and molds. Plants should write quality standards in quantum sets, sample numbers, upper and lower limits and determination rules, and prioritize using customer complaints and internally defunct Paretto. Vendors can make retroactive trade-offs between interoperability, earmarking and cost when there are clear values for product weight, daily production, customer quality caps and allowed stop times.
The main line of the case [design focus] is to pre-empt the causes of drying, temperature control and molds with evidence. In geometry and materials programmes, the gap between the reverse ring structure and the reflow should be assessed on the basis of material fluctuations and injection pressure; the base, alloy layer and surface treatment should be selected by grinding, corrosive and thermal load. The final solution would also need to be compatible with the wear and tear of the cylinder, the drive, the physical velocity and the current cleaning process, and would not cover up co-operation or process problems with a single high-level material.
The new [comparison-valid] program proposes a minimum of 12 hours of continuous operation, with a 60-module extraction for each stabilization phase, to record the temperature of the entropy, the size of the product, and the single energy consumption. Tests should be conducted to measure both the temperature of entropy and the temperature shown in the material drums, to confirm the contribution of shearing, and to compare the old and new programmes with the same batch, mold and sample rhythm. If only the first one is checked, it is easy to miss the risks associated with heat drifting, material stoppage, reversal loop return and prolonged wear and tear.
When the [stabilized production] spiral is shaped, trend maps should be created for the plume diameter, the reverse ring gap and the inside of the cylinder, as well as for the plume, the reverse ring gap and the inside of the cylinder. The time of storage, back pressure, screw velocity, noise and mass of the product shall be recorded in a uniform manner in the shift. When the above indicators change at the same time, the mechanical gaps and the state of the raw materials should be checked before the process is adjusted to avoid the use of parameters to compensate for hardware degradation.
The cost statement [comprehensive cost] cannot simply be a screw price, but should be based on a cost comparison programme for every 10,000 eligible items, while showing the impact of changes in production on the current period, with three life-cycle scenarios of optimism, benchmarking and conservativeness to prevent a single hypothesis from magnifying the return on investment. It is recommended that the cost per 10,000 eligible items be exported simultaneously, the cost per 1,000 operating hours and the estimated number of return months. When new programmes reduce waste, refuelling or sudden shutdowns, higher initial inputs are often offset during production.
The [Closed Ring Management] will eventually include drawing numbers, screwdriver materials, heat treatment, critical dimensions, portable tubes, process windows and acceptance data in the curriculum vitae cards. It is recommended that defective photographs, production times and parameter curves be linked to the same number, with a single asset number associated with drawings, repair, up and down. When there is a significant change in the raw material formulation, retrospect ratio, product structure or target node, the applicable boundary of the "combusted and mixed screw improvement formula" should be reassessed instead of defaulting that the old conclusion is permanent.
