Which parts are to be upgraded by retrofitting from the normal to the fiber?

For equipment distributors, describe the cross-checking method for screw drums, inversion, nozzles, drying and driving, analyse the risk that the replacement of the wheel alone would leave other rapid wear points and provide recommendations for the complete upgrading of the grinding grade and the wear, jamming and product strength by the grinding channel.

Material switching upgrades, which appear to be the conventional equipment selection, are actually prone to deviations due to the fact that screw drums, reversibles, nozzles, drying and drivers are not assessed simultaneously. For equipment distributors, the correct approach is to establish a baseline of the condition before discussing the specific configuration.
Old machine upgrades are the easiest to ignore system matching. New screws must be compatible with the needs of old drums, drives, brakes, heating, nozzles, control of travel and molds. Any build-up, speed-up or material upgrade should first measure the status quo, then determine whether the single replacement, plasticization component upgrade or the full retrojection of the unit. Calculates the nominal value to be converted to the actual condition. The machine often uses PS as a reference for the gel weight, which should be revised by density when using other raw materials; the weight of the product should be added to the main course, traffic separation and a reasonable buffer. The larger the diameter of the screw, the greater the theoretical capacity, but the pressure of injections per unit area under the same hydraulic pressure or servo system will decline and the resolution of the measurement of the small amount of the aerosol may also be variable.
Site information should preferably include both photographs, short videos and data sheets. Photos are used to identify machine interfaces, screw tails and front-end components, video can be observed to measure, buffer and abnormal sound, and data tables are used to calculate the rate of application, the need for plasticization per hour and the length of stay. If only partial information can be obtained, a list should be provided for confirmation, rather than a tentative condition being a definitive conclusion. The focus of the discussion here is on screw drums, reversibility, nozzles, drying and driving, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and not be limited to the maximum values in machine samples.
The project could be advanced by upgrading the level of grinding resistance to the grinding channel in its entirety and by arranging an evaluation of sales, design, process and customer participation. The evaluation focused on the completeness of the input data, whether the assumptions were confirmed by the client, whether the mechanical interfaces were matched, how standards and specialized programmes were selected, and who provided the acceptance data.
The cost of the misconfiguration is not only the screw itself, but also the cut-off, the waste of raw materials, the testing of molds, the delay in delivery and the credibility of customers. Precautionary measures around the replacement of a screw would leave other rapid wear and tear points would be more economical than the re-routing of a problem; the vendor could then move from a mere offerer to a partner capable of taking technical screening.
Validation focuses on wear, congestion and product strength. The test shall use the actual material and representative moulds of the client, retaining the batch number, dry condition, ambient temperature and sample number. When compared to old schemes, equipment, moulds and major process conditions other than screws should be as consistent as possible. Therefore, a simple logic of “system-size screw” should not be followed for material switching upgrades. Only by accounting for products, feedstocks, tonnages, voltage, screw diameter and target cycles will the standard screws have a clear scope of application and the dedicated screws have a reasonable design basis and return on investment.
