Under what conditions, the standard general screw is enough.

To marketers of retrofit machines, describe the means of checking single materials, process window width, low filling and normal production, analyse the risk that over-facing increases costs and delivers with no apparent gain, and provide recommendations for validation of the configuration and stability, cost and time of delivery using clear boundary judgement criteria.

In the application of the standard screw to the boundary, the first solution to be addressed by the retrofit machine seller is not the choice of an off-the-shelf model, but the identification of a single material, a wide process window, low filling and normal production. This step determines whether the subsequent spiral diameter, structure and material grade are well founded.
It's not absolutely good or bad. Standard schemes are appropriate for simple work, wide material windows and priority projects; the value of a dedicated structure is clear when materials are corrosive, corrosive, hot, sensitious or production requirements exceed the generic boundary. The judgement must be based on data and failure patterns. Calculates the nominal value to be converted to the actual condition. The machine often uses PS as a reference for the gel weight, which should be revised by density when using other raw materials; the weight of the product should be added to the main course, traffic separation and a reasonable buffer. The larger the diameter of the screw, the greater the theoretical capacity, but the pressure of injections per unit area under the same hydraulic pressure or servo system will decline and the resolution of the measurement of the small amount of the aerosol may also be variable.
Material analysis cannot remain under PPP, ABS or PA names. The specific plate number, the percentage of the product or mineral filling, the flame-retarding system, the water-bearing requirements, the permitted stay time and the recommended processing temperature should be checked. Differences in the sensitivity of viscosity, wear, corrosiveness and shearing may be apparent in the broad categories of the same material, which change the compression ratio, the three-part ratio, alloy and surface treatment. The focus of the discussion here is on single materials, broad process windows, low filling and conventional production, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and not be limited to the maximum values in machine samples.
An implementable programme is configured using clear criteria. The quoted documents should include both the applicable raw materials, the range of recommended voltage, the permitted turn-off and back pressure, the size of the interface, the material and thermal treatment, and the need for re-evaluation when marking subsequent changes to the material or the mould by the client. This would prevent the use of earmarked programmes in completely different conditions.
The cost of the misconfiguration is not only the screw itself, but also the cut-off, the waste of raw materials, the testing of molds, the delay in delivery and the credibility of customers. Precautionary measures built around over-retailing can increase costs and deliver no tangible benefits, more economical than re-routing after problems have arisen; vendors can then move from a mere offerer to a partner who can take the technical screening.
It is recommended that the client set clear upper and lower limits around stability, cost and delivery time, rather than simply “functioning properly”. Quantification criteria may include measurement of time fluctuations, extremely poor product weights, number of black dots, change time, hourly production or ton wear and tear, with specific projects choosing indicators that really affect business outcomes. Therefore, the simple logic of “symmetrically-symmetrically” should not be applied to the standard screws. Only by accounting for products, feedstocks, tonnages, voltage, screw diameter and target cycles will the standard screws have a clear scope of application and the dedicated screws have a reasonable design basis and return on investment.
