How does a screw buffer affect injection pressure and product weight?
Release time:2026-09-22
For application engineers, describe the means of checking the end-of-conservation position, the end-of-reverse leakage and the compressivity of the molten body, analyse the risk of overbuffering the small death, and over-extension of the effective volatilizer and the loss of control over the stay time, and provide recommendations for verification of the synchronized optimization through the position curve and the mass of the product, as well as the very poor repetition and weight of the buffer.

When the project involves buffer setting, the screw programme must start from the customer ' s real production mission. Application engineers are required to organize the end-of-conservation position, back-spills and molten compression into a set of verifiable, calculable and retroactive input conditions.
The platform parameters are understood separately. Locked-molecular tonnage addresses the pressure of the mould, and the reductive units address the problems of molten volume, pressure, velocity and plasticity, which cannot be replaced by one number. The salesman shall be based on the machine sign, the injection unit specification form and the actual course of the controller, and shall fix the nominal gel mass with the material density. Calculates the nominal value to be converted to the actual condition. The machine often uses PS as a reference for the gel weight, which should be revised by density when using other raw materials; the weight of the product should be added to the main course, traffic separation and a reasonable buffer. The larger the diameter of the screw, the greater the theoretical capacity, but the pressure of injections per unit area under the same hydraulic pressure or servo system will decline and the resolution of the measurement of the small amount of the aerosol may also be variable.
Technical communication distinguishes between three types of objectives that must be met, desired improvement and acceptable. It is necessary to meet the hard boundary of the item for the determination of equipment and screws, and it is hoped that the improvement item will be used for the comparison of standards and specialized programmes, while the acceptable item will help to control costs and deadlines. This would avoid stacking all requirements on a screw and would make it easier for clients to understand the real value of each configuration. The focus of discussion in this paper is on the end-of-conservation position, reverse leakage and melting compressivity, which must correspond to the customer ' s current production conditions and not be limited to the maximum values in machine samples.
The configuration proposal should be down to simultaneous optimization through position curves and product weights, rather than using vague descriptions such as “enhanced” or “high performance”. The spiral drawings need to reflect the effective length, three-part scale, depth, compression ratio, tail connection and anti-reverse components; the material programme needs to distinguish the base, surface hardening, alloy layer or coating, and to indicate the pattern of failure for which they are intended.
If only an empirically quick billing buffers a small death, the amount of effective geling and the time of stay is likely to run out of control. The success of a single test module does not represent long-term stability, particularly for projects with high filling, high temperature, frequent colour change or multi-molecular co-plasms, and needs to look at changes in batches of material, the length of continuous production and the accumulation of wear and tear.
Ultimately, the programme should be judged to meet its objectives through buffer duplication and extremely poor weight. If the result fails to meet the standard, each adjustment and result shall be recorded in five directions, by raw material, equipment, molds, process and screw, so as to avoid the loss of causal judgement by modifying multiple parameters at the same time. The continuous accumulation of buffer-set project data will allow the plant manufacturer to build up the material packages, industry packages and machine-type menus so that sales can quickly identify general and special conditions, while at the same time placing truly complex projects in a timely manner for evaluation by application engineers.
