P.C. Helix selection: Control of temperature rise and stay
Release time:2026-10-02
For end-of-pipe retrofit plants, explain the screw selection of the PC high-strength product: control temperature rise and stay, combining product, raw material, platform, production, life cycle and life-cycle data, and reducing waste, shut-down and life-cycle costs.

(b) [Scene definition] Scramble selection for a PC high-strength product: Control of temperature rise and stay is based on the actual production scene of the plant and cannot be based solely on the diameter of the screw or the price quoted. It is recommended that the resin viscosity, heat sensitivity, additives and retrospective ratios be first collated, and that a reference set of data be kept before and after maintenance to determine wear and tear trends. The aim of this step is to establish comparable old programme benchmarks so that subsequent screw changes can be supported by data.
The most easy to ignore is the risk of degradation of plastic windows and materials. Plants should write quality standards in quantum sets, sample numbers, upper and lower limits and determination rules, and indicate variable and non-variable conditions in the statement of demand to reduce programme repetition. Vendors can make retroactive trade-offs between interoperability, earmarking and cost when there are clear values for product weight, daily production, customer quality caps and allowed stop times.
The main line in this case is the geometry of the screws with real cards and formulas. In the geometry and materials programme, it should be examined whether the depth of the feed segment is stable to transport, while avoiding feed-gate bridges; and the selection of the base, alloy layer and surface treatment by grinding, corrosive and heat load. The final solution would also need to be compatible with the wear and tear of the cylinder, the drive, the physical velocity and the current cleaning process, and would not cover up co-operation or process problems with a single high-level material.
The new [comparison validation] programme proposes to operate for at least 24 consecutive hours, with a 30-mode extraction for each stabilization phase, recording the replacement time, the amount of excess waste and the first eligible time. The test shall be carried out in groups of samples of the head model, stabilization and long-lived operation for ease of comparison, while also measuring the temperature of the entropy and the temperature shown in the drums, confirming the contribution of the shearing. If only the first one is checked, it is easy to miss the risks associated with heat drifting, material stoppage, reversal loop return and prolonged wear and tear.
Once the [stabilized production] spiral is shaped, the key platform should be prepared for a screwhead component or spare parts package, with periodic review of the serviceable state, and a system of metallic alien separation and magnetic insulation screening should be established, and post-accuracy prune damage should be checked. The time of storage, back pressure, screw velocity, noise and mass of the product shall be recorded in a uniform manner in the shift. When the above indicators change at the same time, the mechanical gaps and the state of the raw materials should be checked before the process is adjusted to avoid the use of parameters to compensate for hardware degradation.
The [comprehensive cost] cost statement should not only be a screw price, but should set up three life-cycle scenarios that are optimistic, benchmark and conservative to prevent a single assumption from magnifying the return on investment, and to quantify on-site support from suppliers, spare parts delivery and failure analysis response times into TCO. It is recommended that the cost per 10,000 eligible items be exported simultaneously, the cost per 1,000 operating hours and the estimated number of return months. When new programmes reduce waste, refuelling or sudden shutdowns, higher initial inputs are often offset during production.
The [Closed Ring Management] will eventually include drawing numbers, screwdriver materials, heat treatment, critical dimensions, portable tubes, process windows and acceptance data in the curriculum vitae cards. It is recommended that a uniform sampling method be used for the same products on different platforms to facilitate horizontal comparisons, with a single asset numbering associated drawings, repair, onboarding and de-recording. The applicable boundary of the “PC high-pressure product screw selection: control of temperature rise and stay” should be re-evaluated when there is a significant change in the feedstock formulation, feed ratio, product structure or target node, rather than defaulting on the old conclusion being permanently valid.
